IF YOU ARE A MINOR OR HAVE A MINOR WANTING PIERCED, READ THIS!

Minors (starting at 14 years +)are not eligible for all piercings and require additional documentation. This is to identify them, their age, and to establish the relationship between child and parent/guardian.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION THAT WILL NEED TO BE NOTARIZED THE DAY OF THE PIERCING:

State issued ID for parent

State issued ID for minor

State issued Birth Certificate for minor

**If these requirements are not met EVERY TIME, they can not be pierced.**

We have the parental release form and a notary on staff to assist with completing proper paperwork on the day of service. Notary info is below.

18+ requirements

If you are 18+, we need a valid State issued ID to pierce you. This can be driver's license, state issued photo ID, passport, etc.

Notary Info & Cost

We have Notary available in house. The notary service will be $10/verfication and CASH ONLY.

Jewelry bought outside of our studio

We do not use jewelry from outside of our studio as recommended by the state. We painstakingly built an inventory we know to be safe for use.

Genital Piercings

If you are looking for a genital piercing, please schedule a consult appointment here so we can assess your anatomy and order the appropriate jewelry if need be.

Genitals (varying) start at $100, age requirement is 18+.

We are currently only booking out two weeks ahead. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do take walk-ins if available.
